In this role, you'll collaborate with the Synergo program team to create immersive outdoor learning experiences using challenge courses. Your responsibilities include equipment setup, ensuring group safety, and facilitating engaging activities. Unlike other roles, this one has no direct reports and focuses mainly on the stunning Portland area. CPR and First Aid certification are a must.
