Synergo Programming
Policies, Paperwork and FAQ’s
Program Policies:
All participants must be a part of a pre-arranged Synergo program.
All participants must have a completed Participant Agreement, signed by a guardian ensuring they understand the inherent risk of using adventure activities.
All participants must wear closed-toe shoes that can be secured to the foot (tennis shoes, boots, etc. No flipflops or slip-ons.
For programs that include minors, Synergo requires a chaperone to be a part of each group. Chaperones and/or Group Leaders are responsible for the behavior of the group members during the program as well as any non-program times like meal breaks or time on the grounds before and after the program.
Activities chosen for the program are based on the facilitator’s assessment of the group’s goals, needs, behaviors and logistics. Certain activities cannot be guaranteed depending on logistics and/or facilitator judgment.
Participants may not use personal safety gear (harnesses or helmets) and must be able to fit into provided safety gear (generally 10 years old and up).
Pregnant participants may not physically participate in challenge course activities.
Participants with health issues or injuries should consult with their doctor before using the challenge course.
